Other Recreational Facilities. The Usage Fee also allows the Owner and other registered guests residing in the Owner’s Unit during the Owner’s Use Period use of Meadow Lake’s Other Recreational Facilities (existing or future recreational facilities other than golf which are developed, owned or operated by Meadow Lake Development Corporation and its subsidiaries or Meadow Lake Homeowners Association).

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.
