Common use of Other Recourse Clause in Contracts

Other Recourse. The Debtor waives any right to require the Agent to proceed against any other person, exhaust or marshal any Collateral or other security for the Secured Obligations, or pursue any other remedy in the Agent's power. Until all of the Secured Obligations shall have been paid in full, the Debtor shall have no right to subrogation and the Debtor waives the right to enforce any remedy which the Agent has or may hereafter have against any other party liable for the Secured Obligations, and waives any benefit of and any right to participate in any other security whatsoever now or hereafter held by the Agent.
