Other Project Facilities. Other project facilities may include such facilities which required in support of mandatory project facility and permissible in ▇▇▇▇ Raipur ▇▇▇▇ Nagar Vikas Yojana, 2031 with prior approval of Authority.
Other Project Facilities. The Preferred Tenderer may develop the other project facilities (as mentioned in “Annexure A”) which is required in support of mandatory project facility and are permissible under Commercial land use as per the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Vikas Yojna, 2031 with prior approval of Authority. The preferred Tenderer for the development of other project facility shall adhere to good industry practice and obtain all required approval, license and NOC for development and operation of other project facilities.
Other Project Facilities. With prior approval of Authority allottee may develop other project facilities like doctors, Nurse residence, cafeteria, bank ATM, etc along with health facility which is required in support of mandatory project facility and are permissible under the ▇▇▇▇ Raipur ▇▇▇▇ Nagar Development Plan 2031. The preferred Applicant for the development of other project facility shall adhere to good industry practice and obtain all required approval, license and NOC for development and operation of other project facilities.
