Common use of Other Professional Activities Clause in Contracts

Other Professional Activities. Subject to the Company’s written approval, Employee may perform certain other professional activities not related to his employment with the Company, but consistent with standard practice so long as those activities do not interfere with his obligations to the Company. The CEO will review for approval, at the Company’s sole discretion, these outside activities as requested by Employee. No such approval by the Company will be deemed or construed to modify this Agreement or the Employee Proprietary Information, Inventions, Non-Competition and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
