Other privacy. obligations (a) Without limiting Your other obligations under the Agreement, You agree to immediately notify Us if You have reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of the Privacy Legislation in connection with the Services or the Agreement. (b) You will take all reasonable steps to ensure that relevant persons are made aware that the information You collect in relation to the Services may be provided to Us for the purposes of auditing or assessing Your compliance with the Agreement.
