Common use of Other Priority Claims Clause in Contracts

Other Priority Claims. On the Effective Date, each holder of an Allowed Other Priority Claim shall receive, in full satisfaction of its claim, at the option of the Debtors: (a) payment in full in cash or (b) other treatment rendering such claim unimpaired. Unimpaired; deemed to accept.

Other Priority Claims.
