Other Priority Claims. Except to the extent that a holder of an allowed Other Priority Claim agrees to less favorable treatment, in full and final satisfaction, compromise, settlement, release, and discharge of and in exchange for each such Claim, each holder thereof shall receive payment in full in cash or such other treatment rendering its allowed Other Priority Claim unimpaired in accordance with section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code. Other Priority Claims. On the Effective Date, each holder of an Allowed Other Priority Claim shall receive, in full satisfaction of its claim, at the option of the Debtors: (a) payment in full in cash or (b) other treatment rendering such claim unimpaired. Unimpaired; deemed to accept.
Other Priority Claims. Except to the extent a holder of an allowed Other Priority Claim agrees to less favorable treatment, each holder of an allowed Other Priority Claim will receive cash equal to the allowed amount of such claim on the later of the Plan Effective Date and the date on which such claim becomes an allowed Claim (or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter).
Other Priority Claims. Except to the extent that a Holder of an Allowed Other Priority Claim and the Debtor against which such Allowed Other Priority Claim is asserted agree to less favorable treatment for such Holder, in full satisfaction of each Allowed Other Priority Claim against the Debtors, each Holder of an Allowed Other Priority Claim shall receive, in full and final satisfaction of such Allowed Other Priority Claim, payment in full in cash or other treatment rendering such Claim Unimpaired. Other Priority Claims. Except to the extent that a holder of an Allowed Other Priority Claim agrees to a less favorable treatment, in full and final satisfaction of such Allowed Other Priority Claim, each holder of an Allowed Other Priority Claim will, at the option of the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors (subject to the reasonable consent of the Required Consenting Senior Noteholders, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld), (i) be paid in full in Cash or (ii) otherwise receive treatment consistent with the provisions of section 1129(a)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code, payable on the later of the Effective Date and the date that is ten (10) Business Days after the date on which such Other Priority Claim becomes an Allowed Other Priority Claim, in each case, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter. Other Priority Claims. Each holder of an Allowed Other Priority Claim shall receive treatment in a manner consistent with section 1129(a)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code. Unimpaired; Deemed to Accept.
Other Priority Claims. Classification: Class 1 consists of the Other Priority Claims against the Debtors.

Other Priority Claims. Other Priority Claims. Since the Liquidation Analysis assumes the Liquidation Date is concurrent with the Petition Date, the Liquidation Analysis assumes no Other Priority Claims besides the Estimated Accrued and Unpaid Trust Taxes. A full recovery of such claims is accounted for in the Liquidation Adjustments.
