Common use of Other Perquisites Clause in Contracts

Other Perquisites. The Executive shall also be entitled to: (I) prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Corporation providing the highest level of reimbursement on the least restrictive basis available;

Other Perquisites. The Executive shall also be entitled to: (Ii) prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Corporation providing the highest level of reimbursement on the least restrictive basis available; (ii) paid vacation and fringe benefits in accordance with the most favorable policies of the Corporation; and (iii) all forms of perquisite benefits made available to senior officers of the Corporation.

The Executive shall also be entitled to: (Ii) prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Corporation providing the highest level of reimbursement on the least restrictive basis availableavailable under such policies and procedures; (ii) paid vacation and fringe benefits in accordance with the most favorable policies of the Corporation; and (iii) all forms of perquisite benefits made available to senior officers of the Corporation.

Other Perquisites. The Executive shall also be entitled to: (Ii) prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Corporation providing the highest level of reimbursement on the least restrictive basis available; (ii) paid vacation and fringe benefits in accordance with the most favorable policies of the Corporation; and (iii) an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to secretarial and other assistance, on a basis no less favorable than that basis generally available to executives of the Corporation holding comparable positions or having comparable responsibilities.

Other Perquisites. The Executive shall also be entitled to: (Ii) prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Corporation providing the highest level of reimbursement on the least restrictive basis available; (ii) paid vacation and fringe benefits in accordance with the most favorable policies of the Corporation; and (iii) all forms of other perquisite benefits made available to senior officers of the Corporation not specifically mentioned herein.

Other Perquisites. The Executive shall also be entitled to: : (Ii) prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Corporation providing the highest level of reimbursement on the least restrictive basis availableCompany;

Other Perquisites. The During the Term, the Executive shall also be entitled to: (Ii) prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive, provided that Executive supports appropriate documentation with reimbursement requests; and (ii) paid vacation and all employee benefits in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Corporation providing the highest level of reimbursement on the least restrictive basis available;Corporation's employee benefit plans.

Other Perquisites. The Executive shall also be entitled to: (Ii) prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Corporation providing the highest level of reimbursement Corporation; (ii) paid vacation and fringe benefits on the least restrictive same basis available;as is made available to other senior officers of the Corporation; and (iii) all forms of perquisites made available to senior officers of the Corporation.
