Common use of Other Payments Clause in Contracts

Other Payments. Any payments received by the Mortgagee for which no provision as to the application thereof is made elsewhere in this Trust Indenture or in any other Operative Agreement shall be distributed by the Mortgagee to the extent received or realized at any time, in the order of priority specified in Section 3.01 hereof, and after payment in full of all amounts then due in accordance with Section 3.01 in the manner provided in clause “Fourth” of Section 3.03 hereof.

Other Payments. Any payments received by the Mortgagee for which no provision as to the application thereof is made elsewhere in this Trust Indenture or in any other Operative Agreement shall be distributed by the Mortgagee to the extent received or realized at any time, in the order of priority specified in Section 3.01 hereof, and after payment in full of all amounts then due in accordance with Section 3.01 in the manner provided in clause “"Fourth” " of Section 3.03 hereof.
