Common use of Other Parties Clause in Contracts

Other Parties. The receiving Party shall keep Confidential Information in confidence and shall not disclose such information or otherwise make it available, in any form or manner, to any other person or entity other than its employees, contractors and subcontractors as necessary for mandatory Reliability Standards compliance, without the prior written consent of the providing Party. Each Party will cause its contractors’ and subcontractors’ employees who will have access to Confidential Information, if any, to acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement regarding use and disclosure of Confidential Information.
