OTHER PARENT LEAVE. 36.1. This clause replaces the parental leave provisions, contained in clause 32, Parental Leave, of the Award. The primary care giver means the Employee will assume the principal role for the care and attention of a child aged under twelve (12) months or a newly adopted child. Only one person can be the primary care giver of the child at any one time.
