Common use of Other Options Clause in Contracts

During the Term of Employment, the Employee shall be eligible to be granted options (in addition to the Initial Options) to purchase Ordinary Shares at such price and subject to such terms as provided by the Company's Initial Stock Option Plan, in the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of the Company.
