Common use of Other Offices Clause in Contracts

Other Offices. Executive agrees to serve without additional compensation, if elected or appointed thereto, as an officer or director of any of the Company’s subsidiaries or affiliates or as any other officer of the Company.

The Executive agrees to serve without additional compensation, if elected or appointed thereto, compensation as an officer or and/or director of any of the Company’s subsidiaries present or affiliates or as future subsidiaries; provided, that the Executive shall be indemnified for serving in any and all such capacities on a basis no less favorable than may be from time to time provided to other officer senior executives of the Company.
