Other Occupants. OTHER OCCUPANTS in the unit must be either: 1) the spouse or partner of STUDENT (STUDENT and Spouse/Partner must both sign “Graduate & Family Housing Affidavit of Marriage or Domestic or Adult Partnership” and “Graduate & Family Housing Marriage or Domestic or Adult Partnership ‘Housing Agreement’ Addendum”); 2) the child of STUDENT or of STUDENT’S Spouse/Partner (STUDENT must provide a birth certificate or proof of custody/guardianship as well as documentation verifying that the child resides with the STUDENT or with STUDENT’S Spouse/Partner); 3) other individuals with prior written approval from the Graduate and Family Housing Exceptions Committee. Eligibility will be verified each quarter/semester. STUDENTS need not enroll during the Summer Quarter provided they will be full-time registered UCI Students during the following Fall Quarter/Semester. Advance, written approval must be obtained from the Graduate and Family Housing Exceptions Committee to maintain eligibility for Palo Verde while on academic leave or part-time status. STUDENT is solely responsible for immediately notifying the Palo Verde Housing Office in writing of any of the above changes in academic or domestic status. STUDENT may be asked to provide additional personal information at the request of the Palo Verde Housing Office.
