Common use of Other Obligations Clause in Contracts

Other Obligations. Upon any termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company, the Executive shall promptly resign from any other position as an officer, director or fiduciary of the Company, Parent and any Affiliate.

Upon any termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company, the Executive shall promptly resign from any other position with the Company or any Affiliate of the Company (including as an officer, director or fiduciary and/or fiduciary), and Executive shall confirm the foregoing by submitting to the Company and/or its Affiliates in writing a confirmation of Executive’s resignation(s) in a form satisfactory to the Company, Parent and any Affiliate.

Other Obligations. Upon any termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company, the Executive shall promptly resign (following a request by the Company) from any other position as an officer, director or fiduciary of the Company, Parent and any Affiliate.
