Other Network Services. Other Network services include transfer of data in and out of the NSRC, secure connectivity from remote sites to applications housed at the NSRC, and management of device workload. Other network services will be available at least 99.5% of scheduled availability. Customer Services Platform / Services Billing Unit / Frequency Service Description NNI 100 MB Local Per 100 MB Port / Monthly NNI provides a single switched network port for connectivity within the NSRC either within the customer VRF or DMZ. The standard port charge is for 1 copper 100MB Fast Ethernet, but 1 gig copper ports are also available for no additional charge as required. (Requirement would be determined by NSRC in conjunction with customer). The service charge includes standard configuration for speed, duplex, VRF/VLAN membership, monitoring for utilization, and logging of port up/down status (if the inherited switching equipment supports all monitoring functions). Unusual configurations such as fibre or special port setup may incur additional charges. Bandwidth Per GB Transferred This is usage based billing for each GByte of traffic for traffic to or from the NSRC for a specific customer’s IP addresses within the NSRC. Currently, this only applies to MFN Public and Common Services VRFs.   • Network Services Preventive care: 100% coverage. Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations.   • Cloud Services If You would like to deploy Cloud Services, We grant You and Your Affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to authorize individuals solely within Your and Your Affiliates’ organization (“Users”) to access or exchange data via the Cloud Services during the Term (as defined in Section 8 below), but only for Your own internal business purposes and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and terms associated with the specific Cloud Services contained in the Order and applicable schedule(s). We are not responsible for web pages or servers that are not owned or controlled by Us, even if linked to (including via application programming interfaces) the Cloud Service. We do not endorse any sites on the Internet that are linked through the Cloud Service; such links are provided to You and your Users only as a convenience. You agree that anyone who inputs a valid user ID and password will be deemed an appropriate User unless and until You notify Us otherwise in writing. Any individual User who has violated this Section may have its account suspended.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network.   • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section. Customer waives any breach of warranty claims not made during the warranty period.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.
