With respect to the Loan Document: (i) any act which Lender or Trustee, as the case may be, is permitted to perform thereunder may be performed at any time and from time to time by Lender or Trustee, as the case may be, or by any Person designated by Lender or Trustee, as the case may be, and (ii) each appointment of Lender as attorney-in-fact for Borrower or Indemnitor under such Loan Document shall be irrevocable and coupled with an interest.
