Other Miscellaneous Provisions. This instrument shall not be recorded without the prior written consent of Landlord; however, upon the request of either party hereto, the other party shall join in the execution of a memorandum or “short form” lease for recording purposes which memorandum shall describe the parties, the Premises, the Rental Term and shall incorporate this Lease by reference, and may include other special provisions. The captions which precede the Sections of this Lease are for convenience only and shall in no way affect the manner in which any provisions hereof is construed.
