Common use of Other Methods of Procurement of Goods and Works Clause in Contracts

Other Methods of Procurement of Goods and Works. The following methods, other than International Competitive Bidding, may be used for goods and works for those contracts specified in the Procurement Plan: (a) National Competitive Bidding, subject to the provisions of paragraph 3 of this Part B; (b) Shopping; and (c) Direct Contracting.
