On each date on which the Company is required to deliver a certificate pursuant to Section 7(l7(m), the Company shall have furnished use its commercially reasonable efforts to furnish to the Agent Agents such appropriate further information, opinions, certificates, letters certificates and other documents as the Agent Agents may reasonably requestrequest and as are usually and customarily furnished pursuant to a securities offering. All such opinions, certificates, letters and other documents will be in compliance with the provisions hereof. The Company will furnish the Agents with such conformed copies of such opinions, certificates, letters and other documents as the Agents shall reasonably request.
