Other Loads. Any OPC Non-Territorial Load which is not within the Southern Control Area will be provided with Non-Territorial Control Area Services as follows: (i) Scheduling, System Control and Dispatch Service will be charged a rate of $.092637 per megawatt hour (MWH); and (ii) Reactive Supply and Voltage Control From Generation Sources Service will be provided in accordance with the provisions of Section 11.3 of this Agreement. Regulation and Frequency Response Service and Operating Reserve - Spinning and Supplemental Reserve Services will not be provided under this Agreement. ARTICLE XV

  • Other Locations Except in the event of an emergency or of a planned System shutdown, the Fund’s access to services performed by the System or to Data Access Services at the Designated Locations may be transferred to a different location only upon the prior written consent of State Street. In the event of an emergency or System shutdown, the Fund may use any back-up site included in the Designated Configuration or any other back-up site agreed to by State Street, which agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. The Fund may secure from State Street the right to access the System or the Data Access Services through computer and telecommunications facilities or devices complying with the Designated Configuration at additional locations only upon the prior written consent of State Street and on terms to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • EXTRA-CONTRACTUAL DAMAGES Extra-contractual damages are defined as punitive, statutory or compensatory damages due to the Ceding Company's negligence, oppression, malice, fault, wrongdoing or bad faith in connection with an award against the Ceding Company in excess of the limits of the policy reinsured as a result of, but not limited to, an act, omission or course of conduct committed solely by the Ceding Company in connection with the benefits payable under a particular policy reinsured under this Agreement.

  • Third Party Contractors Tenant shall obtain and deliver to Landlord, Third Party Contractor’s certificates of insurance and applicable endorsements at least seven (7) business days prior to the commencement of work in or about the Premises by any vendor or any other third-party contractor (collectively, a “Third Party Contractor”).   • Site Visits DOE’s authorized representatives have the right to make site visits at reasonable times to review project accomplishments and management control systems and to provide technical assistance, if required. All site visits and evaluations must be performed in a manner that does not unduly interfere with or delay the work.

  • Other Service Contracts The Trustees may authorize the engagement of a principal underwriter, transfer agent, administrator, custodian, and similar service providers.

  • Supplies and Equipment Property Manager may purchase, provide and pay for out of the Operating Account (so long as contemplated by the Budget or deemed to be a Permitted Expenditure) all needed janitorial and maintenance supplies, tools and equipment, restroom and toilet supplies, light bulbs, paints and similar supplies necessary for the management, operation and maintenance of the Property (collectively, the “Supplies and Equipment”). Such Supplies and Equipment shall be the property of Company, shall be delivered to and stored at the Property and shall be used only in connection with the management, operation, and maintenance of the Property. Property Manager shall use commercially reasonable efforts to purchase all goods, supplies or services at the lowest cost reasonably available from reputable sources in the metropolitan area where the Property is located.
