If a particular Product or component is covered by its own license terms (“Separate License Terms”), typically in the form of a (i) "click-to-accept" agreement included as part of the installation and/or download process, or (ii) "shrink-wrap" agreement included in the packaging for the Product, or (iii) notice indicating that by installation and/or use thereof the related license terms apply, then, in case of conflict with the terms of this Agreement, such Separate License Terms shall (a) prevail with regard to Products or components for which RSA is not the licensor; and (b) not prevail with regard to a Product or component for which RSA is the licensor.

K. License by Customer to Host Customer Data. Customer grants RedSeal, its Affiliates and its hosting providers, a worldwide, limited-term license to host, copy, transmit and display customer data as necessary for RedSeal to provide the Services and Support in accordance with this Agreement and Order Forms. Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, RedSeal acquires no right, title or interest from Customer or its licensors under this Agreement in or to any Customer Data, Non-RedSeal intellectual property or program code.
Other License Terms. The yearly license renews automatically if payment is received before the expiry date. If the payment has not been received within one month from this date, the license will not be renewed. In this case, new licenses will be offered at a preferential rate during maximum six months following termination. Item 4 – Commencement Date The date of the invoice. Item 5 – Expiry Date One year or x months from the commencement date, as specified by the type of license on the invoice. Extensions can be granted by the Licensor, see Item 12 (interruption of support).
Other License Terms. The Licensee agrees to purchase all long-lasting surface protectant products from Zsystems or CleanSpace Technology™. Purchases shall be made by way of Licensee providing a formal Pur- chase Order. Licensee shall pay the corresponding Zsystems/CleanSpace Technology™ invoice upon receipt. The Licensee shall provide a separate formal Purchase Order for the entire annual amount of the Li- cense Fee and shall receive and pay each monthly invoice as stated in Item 9, pg. 9, License Fee. Item 4 – Commencement Date – The License commences on the date signed by Licensee Item 5 – Expiry Date – 12 months from the date of commencement or with proper written 30-day notifica- tion prior to the party’s intent to withdraw from this agreement.

If a particular Product is provided with a “click-to-accept” agreement included as part of the installation and/or download process, or a “shrink-wrap” agreement is included in the Product packaging, the terms of such “click-to-accept” or “shrink-wrap” agreement shall, in case of conflict with these terms, (a) prevail (excluding any perpetual license language) with regard to software for which Supplier or a Dell Affiliate is not the licensor; and (b) not prevail with regard to software for which Supplier or a Dell Affiliate is the licensor. Notwithstanding any deviating terms in a “click-to-accept” or “shrink-wrap” license, all licenses to use software expire at the end of the Evaluation Period.
Other License Terms. If a particular Product is provided w ith a "clickw rap" agreement included as part of the installation and/or dow nload process, or a "shrinkw rap" agreement included in the packaging for the Product, the terms of such clickw rap or shrinkw rap agreement shall, in case of conflict w ith the terms of this XXXX, (i) prevail w ith regard to Products for w hich LICENSOR is not the licensor; and (ii) not prevail w ith regard to Products for w hich LICENSOR is the licensor.
Other License Terms. 2.18.HGS grants to SB an irrevocable, royalty-free non-exclusive world-wide, license (sublicenseable only to COLLABORATION PARTNERS under a COLLABORATION PARTNER AGREEMENT and TAKEDA under the SB/TAKEDA AGREEMENT), to use BIOINFORMATICS which is HGS TECHNOLOGY to perform research and development after the INITIAL RESEARCH TERM.
