OTHER KEY CONTRACTS Sample Clauses
The 'Other Key Contracts' clause identifies and references additional agreements that are essential to the performance or context of the main contract. It typically lists or describes contracts with third parties, such as suppliers, subcontractors, or service providers, that have a direct impact on the obligations or deliverables under the primary agreement. By formally acknowledging these related contracts, this clause ensures all parties are aware of external dependencies and can coordinate accordingly, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or conflicts arising from interconnected contractual relationships.
