Other Items and Information. Such other information concerning the assets, business, financial condition, operations, property, prospects and results of operations of Borrower, General Partner, Guarantor or the Project, as Funding Lender or Governmental Lender reasonably requests from time to time.

In this regard, promptly upon request of Lender, Borrower shall deliver to Lender counterparts and/or conditional assignments as security of any and all construction contracts, receipted invoices, bills of sale, statements, conveyances, and other agreements, documents, and instruments of any nature relating to the Project or under which Borrower claims title to any materials or supplies used or to be used in the Project. Also, in this regard, promptly upon request of Lender, Borrower shall deliver to Lender a complete list of all contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, other vendors, artisans, and laborers performing work or services or providing materials or supplies for the Project.
Other Items and Information. Borrower shall also provide such other information concerning Borrower, CCPT IV, Subsidiary Guarantor, the Qualified Properties, and the assets, business, financial condition, operations, prospects and results of operations of Borrower as Administrative Agent reasonably requests from time to time. Such other items shall include, without limitation, Borrower’s certification that all Leases with respect to Qualified Properties included in Eligible Collateral satisfy the requirements of this Agreement.

Borrower shall also provide such other information concerning Borrower, the Approved Subdivisions, Units and Lots and the assets, business, financial condition, operations, prospects, and results of operations of Borrower as Bank reasonably requests from time to time. Such other items shall include, without limitation, Borrower’s certification that purchase contracts with respect to Units included in Eligible Collateral satisfy the requirements of this Agreement.

Such other information concerning Borrower, Presxxx, xxe OGP, the Improvements, any Unit or Lot or the assets, business, financial condition, operations, property, prospects and results of operations of Borrower, Presxxx xx the OGP as Bank reasonably requests from time to time. In this regard, promptly upon request of Bank, Borrower shall make available to Bank, at Borrower's offices, counterparts and/or conditional assignments as security of any and all construction contracts, receipted invoices, bills of sale, statements, conveyances and other agreements, documents and instruments of any nature relating to any of the Improvements or any Lot or under which Borrower claims title to any materials or supplies used or to be used in any Improvements. Also, in this regard, promptly upon request of Bank, Borrower, Presxxx xx the OGP shall deliver to Bank a complete list of all contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, other vendors, artisans and laborers performing work or services or providing materials or supplies for any Improvements.
Other Items and Information. (a) Within 30 days of each Quarterly End Date, Borrower must provide the Lender with a summary report of any and all actions taken by the Borrower and Hotel Manager to ensure compliance with Section 5.3.1 of this Agreement.
