Other Interest Income definition

Other Interest Income for any accounting period shall mean the amount for such accounting period disclosed with the caption “Interest Income,” or its equivalent, on the Covered Businesses’ combined statement of income (or combined statement of operations, as applicable) prepared in accordance with GAAP, less the aggregate amount of interest income incurred on the Covered Businesses’ notes receivable for such accounting period.
