Other Information and Documents. Seller shall furnish or make available to Purchaser such additional information concerning Seller’s Student Loan portfolio as Purchaser may reasonably request. Seller shall execute all other documents and take all other steps as may be reasonably requested by Purchaser or the Eligible Lender Trustee from time to time to effect the sale hereunder of a Portfolio of Eligible Loans.

Other Information and Documents. Provide other related information and documents of record concerning title to a property, such as copies of vesting deeds, parcel maps, tract maps, all maps referenced in the legal description of the subject property, and other documents, upon request. 4
Other Information and Documents. Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary of Borrower to, promptly deliver to Lender such information, certificates and documents in addition to those herein mentioned as Lender may from time to time reasonably request.
Other Information and Documents. On or before each Closing Date, the Representative and counsel for the Underwriters shall have received such information, certificates, agreements, opinions and other documents as they may reasonably require. All such opinions, certificates, letters and documents shall be in compliance with the provisions hereof only if they are satisfactory in form and substance to the Representative and to counsel for the Underwriters. The Company shall furnish the Representative with such conformed copies of such opinions, certificates, letters and other documents as the Representative shall reasonably request. If any of the conditions specified in this Section 6 shall not have been fulfilled when and as required by this Agreement, this Agreement and all obligations of the Underwriters hereunder may be canceled at, or at any time prior to, the First Closing Date or the Option Closing Date, as the case may be, by the Representative. Any such cancellation shall be without liability of the Underwriters to the Company. Notice of such cancellation shall be given to the Company in writing, or by telegraph or telephone and confirmed in writing.
Other Information and Documents. Delivery to (i) the Administrative Agent of such other information and/or documents as the Administrative Agent and/or any Lender may reasonably request or require in connection with this Amendment, and (ii) Texas Capital Bank, as Syndication Agent and a Lender of the letter agreements dated as of the date hereof between the Borrower and Texas Capital Bank, as Syndication Agent and a Lender, the final versions of such letters which have been delivered to the Administrative Agent on or prior to the date hereof.
Other Information and Documents. Customer shall have delivered to SunAmerica such other information and documents as SunAmerica may reasonably request.
