Other Indemnification Matters. Any claim for indemnification under this Article VIII must be asserted by providing written notice to the Sellers (or the Buyer, in the case of a claim by the Sellers) specifying the factual basis of the claim in reasonable detail to the extent then known by the Person asserting the claim.
