Common use of Other Guaranties Clause in Contracts

Other Guaranties. This Guaranty is in addition to any and all other guaranties relating to the Debt or any portion thereof. Subject to the provisions of Section 17 below, to the extent a Guarantor may become liable under this Guaranty and one or more other guarantors may become liable under the terms of any other guaranty made in favor of Lender with respect to the Debt, Lender shall be entitled to exercise any and all of its remedies against Guarantors under this Guaranty as well any and all of its remedies against any one or more guarantors under such other guaranties jointly and severally.
