Common use of Other Guaranties Clause in Contracts

Other Guaranties. This Agreement is in addition to any and all other guaranties relating to the Debt (as defined in the Security Instrument) or any portion thereof. To the extent Indemnitor may become liable under this Agreement and one or more other indemnitors may become liable under the terms of any other guaranty made in favor of Lender with respect to the Debt, Lender shall be entitled to exercise any and all of its remedies against Indemnitor under this Agreement as well as any and all of its remedies against any one or more indemnitors under such other guaranties jointly and severally.
