Other Government Approval. Approval of other governmental entities required to effect the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have been received by the parties.

No Government Approval You understand that no state or federal authority has reviewed this Investment Agreement or the Note or made any finding relating to the value or fairness of the investment.
Government Approval Boeing and Customer will assist each other in obtaining any governmental consents or approvals required to effect certification and sale of aircraft under the applicable purchase agreement.

Government Rights This Agreement is subject to Title 35 Sections 200-204 of the United States Code. Government Procurement ARTICLE 6.1
No Governmental Prohibition No order, statute, rule, regulation, executive order, injunction, stay, decree, judgment or restraining order shall have been enacted, entered, promulgated or enforced by any court or governmental or regulatory authority or instrumentality which prohibits the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
Government Action Any government authority takes action that the Bank believes materially adversely affects the Borrower's (or any guarantor's) financial condition or ability to repay.
Government Use If the Software, Documentation, Materials and any other Licensor services are being or have been acquired with U.S. Federal Government funds, or Customer is an agency, department, or other entity of the United States Government ("Government"), the use, duplication, reproduction, release, modification, disclosure, or transfer of the Software or any related documentation of any kind, including technical data, manuals or Materials, is restricted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.212 for civilian agencies and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 227.7202 for military agencies. The Software, Materials, and any Licensor services are COMMERCIAL ITEMS AS DEFINED BY THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION. Use of the Software and Materials by the Government is further restricted according to the Agreement and any amendment hereto.
