Common use of Other General Terms Clause in Contracts

Other General Terms. Other Agreements - In addition to this Agreement you agree to be bound by and will comply with the requirements of the applicable Deposit Agreement and Account Disclosure, the Bank's rules and regulations, the rules and regulations of any funds transfer system to which the Bank belongs, and applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
