Other Funding. It may be appropriate for funding to be provided to the awardee by other organizations, including Federal agencies in support of their missions or in support of mission-related staff research. It is also recognized that it may be appropriate for personnel or facilities to be used for other NSF and non-NSF projects that are deemed consistent with the scope of the federal award. Such activities, however, must be coordinated in advance with NSF and not impact negatively on NSF sponsored activities to be performed under the award. Accordingly:
Other Funding. The Borrower's failure to close within 60 days of the issue date of this Note on a proposed credit facility on substantially the same terms as described in a proposal from Business Funding of America, Inc. dated May 6, 1999 and provided to Holder.
Other Funding. 17.01 If the Recipient receives funding for or in respect of the Services from any other person, firm, corporation or other government or governmental body, then the Recipient will immediately inform Destination BC and provide a summary of the funding received, and at Destination BC’s request, the Recipient will provide Destination BC with full and complete details thereof. Destination BC, in its sole discretion, may determine whether such funding results in an Overpayment which may result in Destination BC, in its sole discretion, exercising its rights pursuant to section 3.04 of this Agreement.

If the attached Budget Detail, Attachment E shows that funding for this program is to be provided from other sources, the receipt and expenditure of such funds must be adhered to as specified and is subject to review. All accounting records necessary to complete a review of other funding sources must be made available. Any change in the attached budget that affects funding from sources other than the City must have prior written authorization from the City.

No solicitation shall indicate that a contribution to the Organizer or Charter School is for the benefit of the University
Other Funding. 17.01 The University will ensure that if the University’s research personnel, involved in performing the Research Project, receive funding for or in respect of the Research Project from any person, firm, corporation or other government or government body, then the University will immediately provide the Province with details thereof.
Other Funding. The agency Board may contract on a fee-for-service basis with non-member agencies which request special services and with member agencies which may seek additional services.
