Other First Nations’ Litigation. In the event of any Proceeding brought by any other aboriginal group against the Province or any Provincial Official with respect to the Lease Agreements, the Tsq’escen’ First Nation/CLB will provide the Province with reasonable assistance in support of its defence of the Proceeding, the nature and extent of which will be agreed between the Parties.
Other First Nations’ Litigation. In the event of any action, proceeding, suit, claim or demand whatsoever, whether known or unknown, and whether in law, in equity or otherwise, brought by any other aboriginal group against the Province or any Provincial Official with respect to the transfer of the Lands to the Designated Company on behalf of the Nanoose Indian Band in accordance with this Agreement, the Nanoose Indian Band will provide the Province with reasonable assistance, upon request, in support of its defence of the action, proceeding, suit, claim or demand.
Other First Nations’ Litigation. In the event of any action, proceeding, suit, claim or demand whatsoever, whether known or unknown, and whether in law, in equity or otherwise, brought by any other aboriginal group against the Province or any Provincial Official with respect to the transfer of the Lands to the Designated Company on behalf of the Beecher Bay Indian Band in accordance with this Agreement, the Beecher Bay Indian Band will provide the Province with reasonable assistance, upon request, in support of its defence of the action, proceeding, suit, claim or demand.
Other First Nations’ Litigation. In the event of any action, proceeding, suit, claim or demand whatsoever, whether known or unknown, and whether in law, in equity or otherwise, brought by any other aboriginal group against the Province or any Provincial Official with respect to the transfer of the Lands to the Designated Company on behalf of the T’Sou-ke Indian Band in accordance with this Agreement, the T’Sou-ke Indian Band will provide the Province with reasonable assistance, upon request, in support of its defence of the action, proceeding, suit, claim or demand.
Other First Nations’ Litigation. In the event of any action, proceeding, suit, claim or demand whatsoever, whether known or unknown, and whether in law, in equity or otherwise, brought by any other aboriginal group against the Province or any Provincial Official with respect to the transfer of the Lands to the Designated Company on behalf of the Malahat Indian Band in accordance with this Agreement, the Malahat Indian Band will provide the Province with reasonable assistance, upon request, in support of its defence of the action, proceeding, suit, claim or demand.
Other First Nations’ Litigation. In the event of any Proceeding brought by any other aboriginal group against the Province or any Provincial Official with respect to the transfer of the Lands to the shíshálh Nation in accordance with this Agreement, the shíshálh Nation will provide the Province with reasonable assistance, upon request, in support of its defence of the Proceeding.
Other First Nations’ Litigation. In the event of any action, proceeding, suit, claim or demand whatsoever, whether known or unknown, and whether in law, in equity or otherwise, brought by any other aboriginal group against the Province or any Provincial Official with respect to the transfer of the Lands to the Designated Company on behalf of the Songhees Indian Band in accordance with this Agreement, the Songhees Indian Band will provide the Province with reasonable assistance, upon request, in support of its defence of the action, proceeding, suit, claim or demand.
Other First Nations’ Litigation. In the event of any Proceeding brought by any other aboriginal group against the Province or any Provincial Official with respect to the Lease Agreement, the SXFN will provide the Province with reasonable assistance in support of its defence of the Proceeding, the nature and extent of which will be agreed between the Parties.
Other First Nations’ Litigation. In the event of any Proceeding brought by another First Nation against the Province or any Provincial Official with respect to the transfer of the Parcel to the Designated Company on behalf of Sts’ailes, the Province may ask Sts’ailes to provide the Province with reasonable assistance in support of the Province’s defence of the proceeding.
Other First Nations’ Litigation. In the event of any Proceeding brought by any other aboriginal group against the Province or any Provincial Official with respect to the transfer of the Lands to the Designated Company on behalf of Xxx Xxx Kum, Xxx Xxx Kum will provide the Province with reasonable assistance, upon request, in support of its defence of the Proceeding.
