Other First Nations’ Litigation. In the event of any Proceeding brought by any other aboriginal group against the Province or any Provincial Official with respect to the Lease Agreements, the Tsq’escen’ First Nation/CLB will provide the Province with reasonable assistance in support of its defence of the Proceeding, the nature and extent of which will be agreed between the Parties.

Other First Nations’ Litigation. In the event of any action, proceeding, suit, claim or demand whatsoever, whether known or unknown, and whether in law, in equity or otherwise, brought by any other aboriginal group against the Province or any Provincial Official with respect to the transfer of the Lands to the Designated Company on behalf of the Nanoose Indian Band in accordance with this Agreement, the Nanoose Indian Band will provide the Province with reasonable assistance, upon request, in support of its defence of the action, proceeding, suit, claim or demand.
