Common use of Other Financing Statements Clause in Contracts

Other Financing Statements. It has not filed, nor authorized any third party to file any valid or effective financing statement (or similar statement, instrument of registration or public notice under the law of any jurisdiction) covering or purporting to cover any interest of any kind in the Pledged Collateral, except such as have been filed in favor of the Collateral Agent pursuant to this Agreement or in favor of any holder of a Permitted Lien with respect to such Permitted Lien or financing statements or public notices relating to the termination statements listed on Schedule 9 to the Perfection Certificate. No Pledgor shall execute or authorize the filing in any public office any financing statement (or similar statement, instrument of registration or public notice under the law of any jurisdiction) relating to any Pledged Collateral, except financing statements and other statements and instruments filed or to be filed in respect of and covering the security interests granted by such Pledgor to the holder of the Permitted Liens.

No Pledgor Grantor shall execute execute, authorize or authorize the filing permit to be filed in any public office any financing statement (or similar statement, instrument of registration or public notice under the law of any jurisdiction) relating to any Pledged Collateral, except financing statements and other statements and instruments filed or to be filed in respect of and covering the security interests granted by such Pledgor Grantor to the holder of the Permitted Liens.

So long as have been filed in favor any of the Collateral Agent pursuant to this Agreement or in favor of any holder of a Permitted Lien with respect to such Permitted Lien or financing statements or public notices Secured Obligations remain unpaid (other than Obligations relating to Hedging Agreements), any Letter of Credit remains outstanding and the termination statements listed on Schedule 9 to the Perfection Certificate. No Commitments have not been terminated, no Pledgor shall execute execute, authorize or authorize the filing permit to be filed in any public office any financing statement (or similar statement, statement or instrument of registration or public notice under the law of any jurisdiction) relating to any Pledged Collateral, except financing statements and other statements and instruments filed or to be filed in respect of and covering the security interests granted by such Pledgor to the holder of the Permitted Collateral Liens.

No Pledgor shall execute execute, authorize or authorize the filing permit to be filed in any public office any financing statement (or similar statement, instrument of registration or public notice under the law of any jurisdiction) relating to any Pledged Collateral, except financing statements and other statements and instruments filed or to be filed in respect of and covering the security interests granted by such Pledgor to the of any holder of a Lien permitted pursuant to Section 6.02 of the Permitted LiensCredit Agreement.

Until the satisfaction and discharge of the Indenture in favor of any holder of a Permitted Lien accordance with respect to such Permitted Lien or financing statements or public notices relating to the termination statements listed on Schedule 9 to the Perfection Certificate. No Section 3.01 thereof, no Pledgor shall execute execute, authorize or authorize the filing consent to be filed in any public office any financing statement (or similar statement, statement or instrument of registration or public notice under the law of any jurisdictionjurisdiction of the United States or any of its States or territories) relating to any Pledged Collateral, except financing statements and other statements and instruments filed or to be filed in respect of and covering the security interests granted by such Pledgor to the holder holder(s) of Indebtedness permitted under the Permitted LiensIndenture.

No Pledgor shall execute execute, authorize or authorize the filing permit to be filed in any public office any financing statement (or similar statement, instrument of registration or public notice under the law of any jurisdiction) relating to any Pledged Collateral, except financing statements and other statements and instruments filed or to be filed in respect of and covering the security interests granted by such Pledgor to the of any holder of a Lien permitted pursuant to Section 6.03 of the Permitted LiensCredit Agreement.

No Pledgor shall execute execute, authorize or authorize the filing permit to be filed in any public office any financing statement (or similar statement, statement or instrument of registration or public notice under the law of any jurisdiction) relating to any Pledged Collateral, except financing statements and other statements and instruments filed or to be filed in respect of and covering the security interests granted by such Pledgor to the holder of the Permitted Collateral Liens.

Other Financing Statements.
