Other Fees and Payments. Except for the payment of Processing Fees and Special Fees, all other payments, including compensatory payments pursuant to Section 9.4 of this Agreement and any other fee, tax, interest payment, charge or amount due or payable to Galileo under this Agreement, shall be paid to Galileo within ten (10) days after the date of Galileo's invoice.
