Other Entities, i Clause Samples
The "Other Entities" clause defines the rights or obligations of parties related to entities other than the primary signatories of the agreement. In practice, this clause may specify how affiliates, subsidiaries, or third parties are included or excluded from the contract’s terms, such as extending certain protections or responsibilities to these related entities. Its core function is to clarify the scope of the agreement, ensuring that all relevant parties are properly accounted for and reducing ambiguity about who is bound by or benefits from the contract.
