Other Employers. The Trustees are authorized to extend the coverage of this Trust Agreement to such other Employers and Employees as the Trustees shall agree upon, provided such Employers and Employees are required to conform to the terms and conditions of the Trust and to pay the same rate of contributions required of similarly situated Employers.
Other Employers. Employers who are permitted by State License Law to perform work covered by this Agreement.

Other Employers. Executive will not disclose to the Company, or use, or induce the Company to use, any proprietary information, trade secrets, or confidential business information of others. You represent and warrant that your employment by the ---------------- Company will not conflict with and will not be constrained by any prior or current employment, consulting agreement or other relationship whether oral or written. You represent and warrant that you do not possess confidential information arising out of any such employment, consulting agreement or relationship which, in your best judgment, would be utilized in connection with your employment by the Company.
Other Employers. Any absence occurring in connection with or in any way resulting from employment by an employer other than the Company will disqualify the employee from STD. “Employment by an Employer” does not include service on an approved military leave of absence under the Valero Military Leave Policy.

In respect of each School and School Site, if another “employer” (the “Other Employer”) requires access to the School or the School Site to perform work and the Contractor demonstrates to the satisfaction of the Province and the School Board, acting reasonably, that the Other Employer’s work site can be separated by time and space from the Contractor’s work site, the Province or the School Board, as the case may be, shall require the Other Employer to:
Other Employers. An employee is not entitled to have their regular schedule rearranged so as to accommodate employment with another employer.

Prior to furnishing any men to any Employer that is not signatory to this Agreement, the Union will require said Employer to sign a contract to be bound to the full terms of this Agreement or furnish evidence that said Employer is bound to this Agreement through an applicable International Agreement or Project Agreement. The Union will furnish to the Association the names of all Employers so bound within 30 days of the signing of the Agreement or of furnishing them Millwrights.
Other Employers. B.4.1 The Principal Company may, subject to the following provisions of this clause B.4, admit to participation in the Plan any employer which is associated with the Principal Company in such a manner that its participation in the Plan would not prejudice Approval.
