Common use of Other Employee Benefits Clause in Contracts

Other Employee Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate in any pension, retirement, 401(k), profit-sharing, and other employee benefits plans or programs of the Company to the same extent as available to other senior management employees of the Company under the terms of such plans or programs. Executive shall also be entitled to participate in any group insurance, hospitalization, medical, dental, health, life, accident, disability and other employee benefits plans or programs of the Company to the extent available to other senior management employees of the Company, and their spouses and eligible dependents, under the terms of such plans or programs including any medical expense reimbursement account and post-retirement medical program as made available to other senior management employees of the Company.

Other Employee Benefits. Executive shall also be entitled to participate in any group insurance, hospitalization, medical, dental, health, life, accident, disability and other employee benefits plans or programs of the Company to the extent available to other senior management similarly situated employees of the Company, and their spouses and eligible dependents, under the terms of such plans or programs including including, without limitation, any medical expense reimbursement account and post-retirement medical program as made available to other senior management similarly situated employees of the Company.

Executive shall also be entitled to participate in any group insurance, hospitalization, medical, dental, health, life, accident, disability and other employee benefits plans or programs of the Company Partnership to the extent available to other senior key management employees of the CompanyPartnership, and their spouses and eligible dependents, under the terms of such plans or programs including any medical expense reimbursement account and post-retirement medical program as made available to other senior key management employees of the CompanyPartnership.

Executive shall also be entitled to participate in any group insurance, hospitalization, medical, dental, health, life, accident, disability and other employee benefits plans or programs of the Company to the extent available to other senior management employees of the Company, and their spouses and eligible dependents, under the terms of such plans or programs including any medical expense reimbursement account and post-retirement medical program as made available to other senior management employees of the Company.
