Other Efforts. The JeffCo Forum may also be used to support other regional transportation projects within the Denver Metropolitan Area which impact Jefferson County and its residents. For example, the JeffCo Forum may provide a format for supporting Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) program grant proposals and other transportation funding opportunities for jurisdictions within Jefferson County.

EXHIBIT “B” REPORTING The Chamber will report progress toward the services in this agreement monthly at its regular Chamber board meetings. The Chamber will have a representative appear regularly at the Lakeland Development Corporation Board meeting, which meets approximately monthly. Written quarterly reports, as noted below, will also be shared with this board. A quarterly written activities summary is due to the City of Lakeland prior to the Board of Commissioners (BOC) Work Sessions in January, April, July, and October, and a corresponding quarterly Chamber appearance will be made at the Work Session, or at another BOC meeting as arranged through the BOC. The quarterly reports shall include information on services provided using City of Lakeland funding. Additional regular contact with Director of Planning will occur during business hours to provide for monitoring of services, and to coordinate shared efforts. The Director of Planning will appear approximately quarterly (or more often when needed) at the Chamber’s regular board meetings, and may engage the Chamber board as necessary regarding services. Such additional efforts shall be separately agreed upon, in writing, by the Parties and will be made a part of this MOU by being attached as an addendum and/or amendment to this MOU.

Subject to this Agreement's terms and conditions, WAC and SONTECH shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all other actions and do, or cause to be done, all other things necessary, proper, or appropriate, under all applicable laws and regulations, to consummate and make effective the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including, without limitation,

The Undersigned acknowledges that Medtronic is engaged in various research and development or other efforts, one or more of which may involve subject matters that are similar to or the same as those covered in the Undersigned’s Confidential Information, and agrees that nothing in this Agreement shall, directly or indirectly, be construed to limit the right of Medtronic to continue those efforts, provided that Medtronic otherwise complies with its obligations under this Agreement.
Other Efforts. The CONSULTANT shall include in any report regarding substitution of DBE firms submitted to the District any other efforts made to meet the DBE requirements that are not listed above.
