Other educational institutions. E. Job Description ­ Librarians Librarians will be responsible for providing library services for students, employees, and community residents. The librarians will exercise independent judgment based on adequate knowledge of library science; the instructional and professional goals of college programs; teaching theories, strategies and methods of instruction; interpersonal relationships; electronic technology; college policy; and outreach services with college staff and community.   • MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR EDUCATION 1.
