v) Paint of the Building : wall putty finished in the inner walls and waterproof paint finished in the external walls.
vi) Kitchen and toilet walls: 6 feet tiles in the wall of toilet and in kitchen 2’ feet, height tiles in two sides walls.
vii) Kitchen will be fitted with :-

viii) Dinning space: Basin with mirror.
ix) Painting: Paints on timber and steel surfaces;
x) Electrification: Concealed wiring with copper wires;
xi) Water and sanitation : Water supply facility with necessary fittings.
Other Doors. Best quality wooden door frames with veneer flush door finished with melamine polish and, with locks of Godrej or Yale or equivalent make. 4) Windows & Ventilators: Best quality windows finished with polish or equivalent aluminium windows.
Other Doors. A. Truck Dock Doors – Provide (92), (88) Shipping/Receiving Doors and (4) for ▇▇▇▇▇▇ area, per attached plans, 9’-0” wide by 10’-0” high (inside clear dimensions) manually-operated door at each truck dock shown on drawings. All dock doors will number inside and outside, final sign location to be approved by Gordmans.
B. Drive-in Doors – Provide (2) 12’ wide by 16’ high (nominal) overhead doors, electric operated, where shown on the attached plans at two locations, identified as “Drive-Through Door”. Provide a personnel door near each “drive-thru” overhead door.
Other Doors. Brass finished accessories with premium brand mortise lock for all internal doors.
