The Toll Schedule ROS and the General Terms and Conditions are all by reference made a part of this ▇▇▇▇ and receipt service hereunder shall be subject to the provisions thereof. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this ▇▇▇▇ and any of the terms incorporated herein by reference, the terms of this ▇▇▇▇ prevail. Transporter shall notify Shipper at any time that Transporter files with the NEB proposed revisions to the Tariff and shall provide Shipper with a copy of such revisions.
