Other Documents As Lender May Require. Within ten (10) days after request by Xxxxxx, Borrower shall, subject to Section 5.02(d) below, execute, acknowledge, and deliver, at its cost and expense, all further acts, deeds, conveyances, assignments, financing statements, transfers, documents, agreements, assurances, and such other instruments as Lender may reasonably require from time to time in order to better assure, grant, and convey to Lender the rights intended to be granted, now or in the future, to Lender under this Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
