OTHER DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION FROM TWENTIETH BANCORP. Twentieth Bancorp shall have provided to Horizon Bancorp correct and complete copies of Twentieth Bancorp's Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and board and shareholder resolutions (all certified by Twentieth Bancorp's Secretary), together with certificates of the incumbency of Twentieth Bancorp's officers and such other closing documents and information as may be reasonably requested by Horizon Bancorp or its counsel.
