Common use of Other Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Other Disclosure. If Licensee is required to disclose or make available any Confidential Information pursuant to a valid court order or other legal requirement, Licensee shall promptly notify Symplicity of such requirement in writing in advance and cooperate and assist Symplicity in any efforts undertaken by Symplicity to limit the disclosure. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in all cases of a required disclosure, Licensee shall limit the information disclosed or made available to the minimum required by law.
