Common use of Other Delays Clause in Contracts

Other Delays. Except for delays caused by the acts or omissions of Landlord or by events of Force Majeure, no delays in completion of Tenant’s Work for any reason whatsoever shall postpone the Commencement Date. Specifically, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Commencement Date shall not be postponed on account of any delay caused by Tenant’s requirements for Tenant’s Work, including delays caused by shortages, unavailability of long lead procurement items for unusual or non-standard materials required for Tenant’s Work; or on account of any other delay caused by Tenant or Tenant’s Contractor unless Landlord is Tenant’s Contractor.
