Other Deductions. Voluntary payroll deductions made to the Union for HCW/PSW benefits shall be submitted at the same time as regular dues deductions. No later than the tenth (10th) calendar day of each month, the Union shall receive a benefit register for each benefit listing each HCW/PSW, the amount deducted, and the purpose of the deduction.
