Other Debris Sample Clauses

The 'Other Debris' clause defines the responsibilities regarding the removal and disposal of debris, waste, or materials not specifically covered elsewhere in the contract. Typically, this clause requires the contractor or responsible party to clear the site of any leftover construction materials, packaging, or miscellaneous refuse generated during the project. By clearly assigning responsibility for site cleanliness and debris removal, this clause helps maintain safety, ensures compliance with regulations, and prevents disputes over post-project site conditions.
