Common use of Other Consents Clause in Contracts

Other Consents. No amendment, modification, termination or waiver of any provision of the Credit Documents, or consent to any departure by any Credit Party therefrom, shall amend, modify, terminate or waive any provision of Section 9 as the same applies to any Agent, or any other provision hereof as the same applies to the rights or obligations of any Agent, in each case without the consent of such Agent.

Other Consents. No amendmentwaiver, modification, termination amendment or waiver other modification of any Credit Documents or any provision of the Credit Documentsthereof, or any consent to any departure by any Credit Party therefrom, shall amendwaive, modify, terminate amend or waive otherwise modify any provision of Section 9 Article 8 as the same applies to any the Administrative Agent, or any other provision hereof of any Credit Document as the same applies to the rights or obligations of any the Administrative Agent, in each case without the consent of such the Administrative Agent.

No amendment, modification, termination or waiver of any provision of the Credit Documents, or consent to any departure by any Credit Party therefrom, shall amend, modify, terminate or waive any provision of Section 9 as the same applies to any Agent, or any other provision hereof as the same applies to the rights or obligations of any Agent, in each case without the consent of such Agent., Parent Borrower, and the Requisite Lenders;

No amendment, modification, termination or waiver of any provision of the Credit Documents, or consent to any departure by any Credit Party the Borrower therefrom, shall amend, modify, terminate or waive any provision of Section 9 as the same applies to any Administrative Agent, or any other provision hereof as the same applies to the rights or obligations of any Administrative Agent, in each case without the consent of such Administrative Agent.

No amendment, modification, termination or waiver of any provision of the Credit Documents, or consent to any departure by any Credit Party therefrom, shall amend, modify, terminate or waive any provision of Section 9 10 as the same applies to any Agent, or any other provision hereof as the same applies to the rights or obligations of any Agent, in each case without the prior written consent of such Agent.

No amendment, modification, termination or waiver of any provision of the Credit Documents, or consent to any departure by any Credit Party the Borrower therefrom, shall amend, modify, terminate or waive any provision of Section 9 8 as the same applies to any Agent, or any other provision hereof as the same applies to the rights or obligations of any Agent, in each case without the consent of such Agent.
