Other Complaints. CONTRACTOR shall keep a log of complaints if reasonably practical. If AGENCY requires activities which result in a rate increase which causes excessive complaints, CONTRACTOR shall be excused from logging complaints relative to those activities for a period of three (3) months from the effective date of the increase, but shall refer complainants to the MANAGER. CONTRACTOR shall not be required to keep a log of complaints related to any legal complaint. If complaints are deemed reasonable, CONTRACTOR shall take whatever action it deems necessary to respond to such complaint. Any violation of this Paragraph shall constitute a minor breach.
Other Complaints. The University and the Union agree to co-operate in a timely manner to resolve complaints of behaviour, including those under Articles 6.01 and 6.02, that involve or affect members of the bargaining unit and have an unreasonably detrimental effect on work performance.
Other Complaints. If the Association or any employee files any claim or complaint in any forum other than under the grievance procedure of this Agreement, then the District shall not be required to process this same claim or set of facts through the grievance procedure.
Other Complaints. Any other complaints that any grievant may have, which are not grievances as defined herein, may be presented and processed by the grievant as provided in "Levels of Grievance One, Two, and Three". Such matters are not subject to arbitration as they are not part of this Agreement.

At the time of complaint receipt, the time and details of complaint, etc. is logged by the Call Centre Executive. The Call Centre, immediately thereafter, contacts the concerned XXXX”s field maintenance in charge forwarding the complaint details.

Other Complaints. CONTRACTOR will respond to all complaints from 15 service recipients, other than missed-pickups, within one (1) working day 16 of receiving the complaint.

CCW, RHS, and Oasis Texas Brewing Company will inform the United States, through the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas, within 14 days if any complaints are received alleging that an individual with disabilities was excluded from or denied the benefits of CCW, RHS, or Oasis Texas Brewing Company’s services, programs or activities.
